17.2. The Commission pays the amount in Schedule I for psychological, psychotherapeutic and neuropsychological care if the Commission and the health professional in charge of the worker have received, for each worker, an evaluation report and, if treatment is provided, a progress report, where required, and a final treatment report.
A progress report must be prepared starting from 6 hours of treatment, but not more than every 12 hours of treatment or every 3 months, at the choice of the health worker.
The reports must be sent within 15 days of the date of the last meeting giving rise to the report.
